Matilda’s Mixes® developed this Swedish Pancake Mix by using special blending procedures and ingredients that cause it to have a unique taste and texture.
The pancakes will be thin and have crispy edges when made according to the recipe. If you prefer them to be thicker you can adjust the amount of milk.
